Everylife Rare Disease Award

I’m so proud and so blessed to the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases for being one of the winners at the Everylife art competition award that I received for the 2022. It has been such an incredible honor to have been able to go to Capitol h Hill this year.  Everylife foundation for rare diseases is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering the rare disease patient community to advocate for impactful, science-driven legislation and policy that advances the equitable development of and access to lifesaving diagnoses, treatments and cures. This year I have asked the Senators to help me with creating a program that will help disabled artist afford art supplies. I am hoping to get their support. I met such incredible rare disease patients.  It's an incredible organization. It's a wonderful experience to be part of this amazing organization.  You meet such incredible strong people and their unbelievable stories. So many touched my heart. I had the opportunity to share part of my story with them as well.
